The Event

    Friday: 11:00 – 17:00

    Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

    Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

The full event program will be announced closer to the event.

    Extended Showfield hours
On Friday and Saturday, the Showfield remains open for an additional hour as part of The Aurora After Hours, featuring DJ, refreshments, and a relaxed social atmosphere.

A detailed program will be released on April 30.

  • Think of it as a beauty pageant for cars.

A Concours — short for Concours d’Elegance — is a curated automotive exhibition where rare, historically significant and exceptionally preserved cars are displayed and judged by an expert jury. Cars are evaluated on design, condition, authenticity, craftsmanship and provenance rather than speed or performance.

The Aurora is a dual-concours, meaning it presents two worlds side by side: classic automobiles and hypercars — each judged within their own categories, together setting a new standard for contemporary car culture.

  • All tickets are delivered electronically. If you are unable to locate your tickets after purchase, please contact info@theaurora.com and we will assist you.

  • Dogs are not prohibited; however, The Aurora is a busy outdoor event with large crowds, live activations, rare high-value vehicles and occasional sudden loud noises that may be distressing to animals. For this reason, we recommend carefully considering whether the environment is suitable for your dog.

If you choose to bring your dog, it must be kept on a short leash at all times and remain calm around people and vehicles. The owner is fully responsible for ensuring the dog is comfortable in lively environments and does not disturb other guests, exhibitors or vehicles.

  • There are several curated areas throughout the event where guests can relax and enjoy food and beverages. We recommend visiting our main catering locations:

    • The Showfield Food Court

    • Vogue Scandinavia Lounge

    • Family Picnic Garden

In addition, a limited selection of cafés and restaurants are available within Norrviken Gardens:

    Chocolaterian
Chocolate and dessert boutique with lunch service. Read more here

    Salamander Café & Bar
Café offering coffee and light fika.

    RAVINEN Café & Bistro
Café and bistro serving seasonal dishes and refreshments.

  • Yes, there will be a dedicated area with a stronger focus on families and children. Specific activities and details will be announced closer to the event.

  • Yes, all ticket holders will receive practical event information via email a few days prior to the event.

  • Koenigsegg vehicles will be featured as part of the curated exhibition areas.
Exact placements and highlights will be shared in the official program.

  • The Aurora is a dual-concours, presenting hypercars and classic automobiles on equal footing in an international setting. Owners, collectors and guests travel in from across Europe, the US and beyond.

It is not a traditional car meet or local car show. It is a curated, invitation-led experience where cars are carefully selected and judged by an international jury, surrounded by design, hospitality and partner activations.

The result is a refined garden party atmosphere — global in outlook, Scandinavian in setting — created to celebrate car culture at the highest level.

  • While we are unfortunately unable to arrange or book accommodation for general ticket holders, we are happy to recommend hotels in the region. Please visit link for our curated hotel suggestions.

  • Beyond exceptional automobiles, guests can expect curated lifestyle experiences, design installations, talks, hospitality concepts, and carefully selected partners that together create the full Aurora experience.

  • No private drones are permitted during the event for safety and security reasons.

  • Yes. All confirmed participants will receive a detailed information package prior to the event.

  • The Showfield is a curated collection of up to 300 cars per day. Vehicles are selected based on criteria such as uniqueness, story, condition, rarity, historical relevance or pure enthusiast appeal.

It is not about monetary value. It is about whether the car is something a true car enthusiast would appreciate. From modern performance icons and rare specifications to well-kept daily drivers with character — if it is special in the eyes of someone who loves cars, it belongs on the Showfield.
