Event Host & Parking Volunteer

As part of this team, you are often the first point of contact for visitors.

You welcome guests, check tickets or wristbands, provide directions, answer general questions, and help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event.

Depending on your assignment, you may also work with parking operations, guiding vehicles to available spaces, ensuring safe traffic flow, and helping visitors find entrances and key locations.

This role requires a friendly attitude, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in busy situations.

Showfield Volunteer

As part of the Showfield team, you help manage one of the event’s most dynamic areas.

You will welcome participating vehicles, check accreditation, guide cars to their assigned positions, and help maintain order and safety throughout the area. You may also assist with vehicle movements on and off display areas and help ensure a smooth experience for both exhibitors and visitors. This role suits someone who is structured, observant, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around vehicles.

Concours Volunteer

The Concours area is one of the most exclusive parts of The Aurora.

As a Concours volunteer, you help welcome participating vehicles and their owners, verify accreditation, and guide cars to their designated exhibition spots. You support the team in maintaining structure, presentation, and smooth logistics within the exhibition area. This role suits someone who is organized, calm, and confident interacting with car owners and international guests.
