Project Playground was founded in 2010 by Princess Sofia of Sweden and Frida Vesterberg with the vision of creating safe spaces for children in vulnerable communities. Based in South Africa and Sweden, the organization focuses on holistic development through programs in education, sports, and life skills. Their goal is to empower children and youth by providing the tools and support needed to break the cycle of poverty, violence, and inequality. Over the years, Project Playground has impacted thousands of lives, fostering social inclusion, emotional resilience, and long-term positive change.
